When can I access my belongings?

All our sites are open seven days a week. Please refer to individual sites for opening hours… Basingstoke, Newbury, Newent, Oswestry, Pershore, Reading, Rogiet, Ross-on-Wye, Swindon and Winchester.

How secure are the units?

All our units are constructed from solid steel, complete with hardwood floors and ventilation – so you can rest assured your belongings will be safe and protected from thieves and the elements.

Are there any limitations on what I can store?

While there are a wealth of items you can store, there are certain items you aren’t allowed to store. Please take a look at our list of prohibited items.

Are your storage sites secure?

Security is our top priority – all our sites are CCTV monitored 24/7 and access controlled so only authorised users are able to enter.

How do I cancel or change my storage rental dates?

Do I have to have insurance?

Insurance is required on all storage units where it’s through Now Storage starting from £2 per week. If you’re using home/business insurance we’ll require a policy number. Insurance can be waived if absolutely necessary but you’ll need to sign a declaration agreeing to sole responsibility for all items stored.

How/when will I receive my refund?

We’ll ask you to complete a move out form with your bank details. We’ll then process your refund and your money will be returned via BACs within 3-5 working days of your move out date.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No, there are no deposits and you’ll be charged from your move-in date, not your reservation date.

Do I need to buy my own padlock?

No, we’ll provide you with a padlock and key at no extra charge. You’ll be the only key holder – peace of mind your belongings will be accessible by you and only you.
