Insurance is required on all storage units where it’s through Now Storage starting from £2 per week. If you’re using home/business insurance we’ll require a policy number. Insurance can be waived if absolutely necessary but you’ll need to sign a declaration agreeing to sole responsibility for all items stored.
We’ll ask you to complete a move out form with your bank details. We’ll then process your refund and your money will be returned via BACs within 3-5 working days of your move out date.
No, there are no deposits and you’ll be charged from your move-in date, not your reservation date.
No, we’ll provide you with a padlock and key at no extra charge. You’ll be the only key holder – peace of mind your belongings will be accessible by you and only you.
