When can I access my belongings?

All our sites are open seven days a week. Please refer to individual sites for opening hours… Basingstoke, Newbury, Newent, Oswestry, Pershore, Reading, Rogiet, Ross-on-Wye, Swindon and Winchester.

Do I have to have insurance?

Insurance is required on all storage units where it’s through Now Storage. We offer cover under StoreProtect for more information please read our terms and conditions 

If you’re using your own home/business insurance we’ll require a policy number and a copy of the policy to check it will cover you correctly.
