Supporting Our Local Community This Festive Season

At Now Storage, we believe that Christmas is a time for giving back. This festive season, we were proud to support Cheltenham Foodbank, a vital local charity providing emergency food and support to people facing crisis.

Our team came together by donating food items, which were then complemented by a shop sponsored by Now Storage. Together, we collected a range of essential items that will go directly to individuals and families across Cheltenham during the holiday period.

What Cheltenham Foodbank Does

Cheltenham Foodbank supports local people in crisis by providing three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food, alongside practical help and guidance during difficult times. Since opening in 2012, the organisation has played a crucial role in supporting the Cheltenham community, helping thousands of people when they need it most.

How the Foodbank Helps People

Individuals who are referred to the Foodbank receive a voucher, allowing them to visit one of the local distribution centres, including locations at Cheltenham Elim Church, St Paul’s Church, and other community hubs. Here, they receive food and essential items tailored to their needs. Volunteers also offer a warm welcome and a listening ear, helping to create a supportive and respectful environment for everyone who visits. The Foodbank relies on donations from individuals, businesses, schools, and organisations within the community, making every contribution, large or small, essential to continuing their work.

Our Team’s Contribution

Giving back is part of who we are at Now Storage. This Christmas, our team embraced the spirit of generosity by contributing food donations and helping fund additional items to maximise the impact of our support.
